  2. We review it. Our team looks over your application.
  3. We schedule a call. We’ll contact you to collect the remaining details — tax ID, trade references and payment information — and finalize your account in writing.

Please don’t enter tax IDs, Social Security numbers, bank details or card numbers here. We’ll collect what’s needed securely during the call.

Payment terms. Metaflor offers Net 7 or Net 14 only: payment is due 7 or 14 calendar days after the invoice date. Credit is subject to written approval. Submitting this application does not approve any terms or credit limit. Delivery arrangements are agreed separately in writing.

Customer credits policy (damaged, missing or poor-quality flowers)
  • Report within 24 hours of receiving the flowers.
  • Email only: send the claim and photos to sales@metaflorco.com. Claims by text message are not accepted.
  • Include the invoice number, several clear photos of the affected flowers, a clear photo of the green Komet label, and a description of the issue with the variety and quantity affected.
