This policy explains how Metaflor LLC (“Metaflor”, “we”) handles information collected through metaflorco.com.
Information you send us
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message, and — if you choose to provide them — your company name and phone number. When you apply for an account, we receive the business, billing, contact, delivery and account-preference details you enter. The online application does not ask for tax IDs, bank or card details; those are collected separately by phone. If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you share in that conversation.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to you, to evaluate account applications and to discuss a possible business relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How inquiries are delivered and kept
Form submissions are sent to our team by email (account applicants also receive a copy of their answers). Account applications are also saved in our website’s private administration area, with a PDF copy, so we can review them and set up your account. Contact form messages are not stored on the website by default. Emails are kept in our business mailbox for as long as needed to serve you and to keep normal business records.
Service providers
Our website hosting provider and our email provider process this information on our behalf so the site and our email can work.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work (for example, to remember a language choice or to keep site editors signed in). We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
